What are we?

Apostolic Vision is not an accredited educational institution. Neither are the free online Bible Colleges located and surveyed on 4/13/2012. We value communication over precise terminology, but prefer to be thought of as a Leadership Institute, as opposed to a traditional Bible College.

What we are not

We do not happen to be associated with the Christian denomination named "Apostolic", although we have nothing against them. We are standard trinitarian Pentecostal Christians who can plant churches with or without:

  1. Buildings
  2. Government permission/approval - pertaining to governments who prohibit the proliferation of Christianity.

Our mission is stated above and excludes the following:

  1. Creating, imposing, or codifying a clergy/laity distinction.
  2. Training towards Catholic, Protestant (Post-Catholic), extra-biblical religious duties such as:
    1. Weddings
    2. Funerals
  3. The establishment or non-establishment of non-home buildings for religious assembly.

By eliminating the above, we hope to introduce a leaner church-planting model, capable of multiplying more rapidly in the absence of traditional extra-biblical growth barriers, especially in pioneer areas that have no previous concept of the Gospel.

Why?

Persecuting Governments in areas that do not welcome the Gospel easily track Christians down using information from the Licenses to establish religious buildings and perform ceremonies (especially weddings). We would prefer to be identified (for better or for worse) according to the biblical pattern: To be persecuted and imprisoned for signs and wonders evangelism outreaches from strong church plants with room for new converts.
